When you book, we hold your chair and your stylist. We confirm every booking by text or email within the hour during opening times.

Cancellations
Move or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost. Later than that, or if you do not arrive, we charge half the price of the service.

Patch tests
For colour and lash tint, we need a patch test at least 48 hours before your first appointment. It takes two minutes and is free.
